SST products and solutions are distributed throughout Russia and exported to over 47 countries worldwide. SST Group provides customers and partners with high services and innovation products.
The main requirement from a Warehouse Management System (WMS) was to manage all warehouses including the in-production cycle, beginning from inbound components, half-finished goods and finishing the shipment of goods. It was necessary to organize the control of all production as serial numbers in warehouse and production.
Logistics Vision Suite by Mantis was chosen to automate SST Group's warehouses. The application has been used successfully in logistic companies more than for 20 years. Logistics Vision Suite is a high-performance and flexible system, running by different schemes of handling goods, tasks, work techniques, specific demands and many more.
The features of this WMS implementation were customer-specific settings as an accounting of various warehouses, business-processes, processing algorithms, materials and types of packing.
Logistics Vision Suite has a high-powered analytical functional. The base configuration consists of many reports which were adapted according to specific tasks of clients.
Logistics Vision Suite was integrated with customers' accounting system Galaktica-ERP.
The implementation was performed by ant Technologies Mantis' partner in Russia with long experience in Logistics Vision Suite implementations.

HB Body has subsidiaries in United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Spain and marketing offices in Serbia and Russia. HB Body also has a distribution center in Athens.
HB Body's intense activity in a productive and commercial level has imposed the use of an integrated Warehouse Management System (WMS) which would be able to manage the volume and complexity of activities related to store, management and distribution of its goods.
This is the reason why Logistics Vision Suite by Mantis is selected. Finally, the flexibility Logistics Vision Suite offers was an absolute for HB Body.

Life Logistics operates inside the free zone of Agigea port and deals with the handling and storage of goods from export - import relationships of its customers. In 2015 the company turnover was about 9 million RON, up 21% since the year before. During the six years of activity, the volume of handled and stored goods increased from 200 to 600 containers per month, and in 2016 it 900 containers.
The constant evolution of the business and working standards established by major customers have led the company managers to consider to implement a Warehouse Management System (WMS) able to effectively manage warehouse activities.
Life Logistics, one of the four providers of handling and storage of goods services in the Free Zone Agigea, decided to go for Logistic Vision Suite by Mantis.
The company thus became the first firm in the area using a warehouse management system, succeeding to attract new customers and improve their relationship with existing ones.
Before using the Logistics Vision Suite, Life Logistics employees had to manually check each pallet of goods and mark it on paper. Now, the goods handling is much faster using mobile devices to read barcodes. Employees' workflow was optimized, while with a simple scan they can find complete information on each pallet, and review and timely repair any mistake.
Another great benefit for Life Logistics after implementing Logistics Vision Suite is strengthening relationships with partners. By integrating the application with the system they used, a direct transfer of electronic documents was facilitated, which resulted in improved communication.

In this context, Straus selected Mantis' Logistics Vision Suite for its 6,000 sq.m. distribution centre.
Ant Technologies, Mantis' partner in Russia/CIS, installed LVS and adapted it to Strauss' warehousing processes and needs implementing also the following extra capabilities:
- Receiving from production areas with "a single scan".
- Stock rotation and management based on production and expiration dates.
- Specialized customer-oriented order processing.
- Processing defective goods and goods returned according to customers' demands.
- The need for special certificates and scanned documents was covered through the implementation of the special module "packet print".
The integration with customer's ERP (1C) was successfully completed through the implementation of LVS' Logistics Link Manager. Customer's warehouse was equipped by mobile computers and printers from Motorola / Zebra.
The next step in the project is to deploy LVS at Strauss' raw material warehouse.

is a public pharmaceutical Group traded on the Israel Stock Exchange. The Group owns a number of designated subsidiaries (Vitamed, Ophir, Center-Pharm) which are engaged in the manufacture, marketing, sale and distribution of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, vitamins and nutritional supplements.
Established in 1941, Rekah boasts a long record of pioneer activity in Israel's pharmaceutical industry, and has amassed vast and diverse experience in the development, production and sale of generic drugs.
As part of the marketing and sales division, the Group runs an independent distribution system that supplies medications, vitamins, paramedical products and cosmetics to 1,000 customers per day in the retail and institutional sector with national distribution.
Rekah owns an extensive fleet of trucks and commercial vehicles that transport the Group's products to customers across the nation-wide. The division maintains regular contact with its customers through its sales agents and call center staff that maintain daily telephone contact with the customers. The division's policy is to supply merchandise within 24 hours to most areas across the country.
In January of 2010, Rekah's new logistics center was opened in the Modiin Industrial Zone. This logistics center has significantly increased the division's capacity and its distribution and service capability to the entire country.
Having an increased capacity as well as augmented demand led Rekah to consider the implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) that would scale to their expandability needs. They needed a WMSwith profound experience of the pharmaceutical sector specifics, with the adaptability to their distribution needs and with extensive traceability.
In 2015 Rekah selected Logistics Vision Suite for its distribution center in Modiin. The implementation of Logistics Vision Suite had to satisfy Rekah' needs to deliver highly diverse customer orders within 24 hours, maintaining high level of traceability throughout the process.
Logistics Vision Suite implementation in Rekah included:
- Customer order splitting to different picking zones (food, pharma, drugs, cosmetics etc) to speed up picking speed per order.
- More than 4 multiple packages hierarchies' management per each SKU (for example piece, box, carton, big carton, pallet), to enable accurate stock management, faster transactions and minimize mistakes.
- Batch management and full traceability from receipt until delivery to the end customer.
- Value added logistics such as re-packing, sorting and kitting.
