SCM Summit
is the annual and Israel's largest event in the field of supply chain management and logistics. As part of the summit, over 1,000 senior industry executives gathered under one roof to discuss the current challenges and future needs. SCM summit was held in Tel Aviv Israel in June 6, 2017.
Mantis Israel was one of the exhibitor in the event and Mantis booth was visited by a substantial number of supply chain executives interested in the contemporary trends of Warehouse Management Systems as it is represented by Mantis. The director of Mantis Israel gave a speech to the summit's guests with subject "Meeting the e-Commerce Logistics Challenges" explaining that e-Commerce has become an important revenue stream, while, it has added another layer of complexity to the supply chain. Meeting customers' demands while maintaining sustainable costs is the primary challenge companies encounter while transforming their retail business from "mortar and brick" to "brick and click".
