Sugat's factory is situated on a 100,000 sq.m. site in the industrial area of Kiryat Gat in southern Israel and has a large Distribution Center that serves its customers 24 hours a day.
Quality is a very important factor for Sugat's success. To achieve the highest sanitation levels, the company needed a sophisticated Warehouse Management system (WMS).
Sugat decided to invest in Logistics Vision Suite and replace their previous one which was Made4Net - SC Expert.

The company then ran a new innovative project with Telematics Track and Trace for the company's Fleet of Delivery Vehicles. The system records temperatures of vehicles' load areas - 2 each, doors opened as well as the driver of the vehicle. The project was a win-over from competition.
The project involved the use of RFID Technologies - RF Tags on Transport Carts and RFID Reading Gatesso that Fresh Chicken products are tracked and traced as of its production / placement on the Carts, tracking their "journey" in the relative production / warehouse areas and until the product leaves the Transport Cart. Some indicative states are picked to order, went to processing of other chicken products, packaged as frozen etc. The project was implemented by the end of last year.

is an importer and distributor of cigarettes, cigars, alcoholic beverages and wines. The company has been operating in Romania since 2003 and in 2015 it has recorded a turnover of 72 million EUR, 15% higher than the previous year.
The rapid development of the business and, consequently, the increased complexity and volume of the warehouse operations, led Heinrig to take the the next big step, after ERP and BI. Their evolution was bound to come and therefore Heinrig needed to invest in a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Avesta Pharmaceutics was founded in 1997. Now the company operates in the new warehouse with total area of 15,000 sq.m.
Avesta Pharmaceuticals realized the need for a Warehouse Management System that would have a great deal of implementation in the Pharmaceutical sector, that would be flexible to comply to the maximum with the company's specifications and an implementer with deep market knowledge.
They selected Logistics Vision Suite (LVS) which includes a sophisticated WMS solution designed for large enterprises with demanding logistics activities.
The project was undertaken by Mantis' partner in Russia/CIS, ant Technologies throughout the stages of business analysis, implementation and commissioning.
The project had to be implemented in 4 months including matching all their technical requirements. It was realized primarily based on the relevant specifications and then the processes of receiving, storing, picking, checking, packing and shipping were adapted.
Regarding the outbound, the control system of sorting and packing was implemented. This process is performed by using the Touch Screen Packing Station, where multi-plane scanners and video cameras are used, for process recording.
Picking is performed by using Pick-to-Cart technologies that allow a picker to pick up to 18 orders simultaneously.
LVS' picking, packing and the Touch Screen Packing Station module were adapted according to customer's requirements, considering ergonomics, operating speed, labelling specifics and safety.
Finally, LVS was integrated with Avesta Pharmaceutics accounting software.
The employees were extensively trained in using and administering LVS.
