The current project concerns 5 countries out of the 17 Orbico Group is operating today. Orbico Hungary is the first country the system is implemented and live today. Serbia, Romania, Moldova and FYROM are the ones to follow and expected to be completed by the end of 2015.

, through its modern warehouse with a total area of 15,600 sq.m. and a capacity for 22,500 pallets, provides its customers with a wide range of warehousing and transportation services for the whole Russia.
DGL selected Mantis' Logistics Vision Suite (LVS), that is re-presented in the Russian market by ant Technologies.
LVS, that for the time being is used by 15 simultaneously working users of DGL, is an international-class WMS / logistics information system managing all the processes of the warehouse. LVS' Logistics Billing module that has been also selected by DGL, undertakes the control, calculation, issuing and maintenance of all invoice data concerning warehousing and transportation services offered to DGL's customers.
The project (to adapt LVS to DGL's needs) lasted 4 months and enabled the automation of all warehousing activities e.g. loading / unloading, acceptance / shipment, inventory management, piece picking, labeling, kitting, palletizing, printing of shipping and transport documents, etc.
The operations are now paperless based on mobile terminals and barcode printers. All required stock rotation rules (FEFO, FIFO, etc) are supported along with the optimization of the various processes in the warehouse.

The inbound logistics highlights include managing of ASN coming from Flextronics' domestic and international suppliers, real-time receiving by RF terminals and system directed put away based on operational requirements.
The outbound logistics highlights include automatic importing of production orders from Flextronics' factories, proper stock allocation to orders followed by picking, packing, value added logistics and loading.

is a logistics operator, provides storing services of frozen goods and is located in Moscow, Pechatniki, YuVAO. This new class A warehouse with a total area of 31,300 sq. m. and covered area 12,800 sq.m., is modernly equipped.
The uniqueness of the logistics complex is the ability to store products in five temperature conditions: from +15oC to -25oC.
MX Logistic warehouse consists of several zones running in different temperature modes, namely, low-temperature, medium, universal camera, mezzanine area, which covers about 1,100 sq.m. The total storage capacity is more than 14,000 pallets.
Τhe complex is equipped with 19 docks, is designed to process more than 4,500 tons of cargo per day. Put into operation in 2014, it is planned to provide a full range of high-quality logistics services, and is equipped with modern high-tech equipment and control systems.
MX Logistic provides a full range of services, from receiving to shipping, storage, cross-docking, handling of returns, etc., and provides the additional services of management of shipments to customers on behalf of its depositors.
The company focuses on the efficient and prompt response to customers’ needs. Due to high customer service needs and to the high requirements for the logistics business processes, the company needed a modern Warehouse Management System (WMS).
MX Logistic made the choice to go with Logistics Vision Suite by Mantis and ant Technologies.
Specialized goods receipt and put-away processes were implemented based on storage temperature that is achieved with the use of buffer areas. Goods’ selection and shipment processes are performed in compliance with FEFO, FIFO. Handling variable weight products, with various packaging forms, is managed efficiently.
VNA trucks are used and their software is integrated with Logistics Vision Suite (LVS).
LVS manages the automation, assigns tasks, sends the VNA operator to a specified location, while repositioning is performed automatically based on LVS put away algorithms.
With Logistics Vision Suite there is full control over the business processes and stock.
There is also implemented intelligent lighting in all areas: Lights are turned on in the route of the stacker or storekeeper to perform an operation. This was achieved by integrating Logistics Vision Suite and Office light.
Additionally, Yard Management was implemented, managing the processes and means of transportation in the broader area of the warehouse complex.

- The weight and volume of shipping units (boxes) is automatically captured and controlled through an automatic / tight integration with weighing equipment CAS.
- LVS exchanges electronic data with the ERP systems of the operator's clients through Microsoft's BizTalk Server.

Special attention during the implementation of LVS was given to improve the handling of the huge document archives belonging to the NBG group and other organizations (1,500,000 active mortgage loans in 100,000 boxes, other archived docs in 150,000 boxes and 12,000 pallets, administration material stored in 1,100 folders and 50 cartons as well as 500,000 files stored in roller archives). In this context, LVS has also been setup to control a specialized rapid withdrawal system from JUNREIGH that was purchased by PAEGAE in order to support 28,800 storage locations.
