Since 1987 AQP leads the production import and distribution of frozen premium products in Israel. During the past years AQP experienced high growth of demand which increased the company size. As an outcome, AQPincreased it operational activities and its turnover stock. AQP imports produces and distributes Brunch & Crunch, Aristo Crunch and worldwide known Ben & Jerry's ice-creams.
Based on AQP growth the company needed a Warehouse Management System (WMS) that would be adjustable to their growing needed.
During the WMS selection, the company thoroughly examined several WMS solutions and resulted to Logistics Vision Suite by Mantis for its advanced application.
AQP achieved respectable operational efficiency and high accuracy by implementing LVS. The efficiency was achieved by higher picking pace and real time system directed tasks throughout all warehouses (raw material, production, furnished goods). Efficient stock allocation for production and for customer orders, based on batch and FEFO constrains improved stock accuracy and usage. Finally, a vast amount of very detailed warehouse and stock data became available over night, which is now used to support operational decisions.

Delaco Distribution
is one of the biggest players on the local dairy market, with a turnover of 75,000,000 in 2016 and an average of 450 employees.
Delaco was founded in 1996 and in 2007, the company became the exclusive distributor in Romania of Zott products, one of the largest manufacturers in Germany, with a tradition of over 85 years. This partnership has helped them to greatly enrich their range of dairy products: traditional Romanian cheese from their portfolio has been supplemented with yoghurts, dairy desserts, delicious cheese specialties, coffee milk, butter and much more.
Then Delaco exclusively took over the distribution of Bergader specialty cheeses. Bergader Privatkaserei GmbH is one of Germany's largest private cheese makers, founded in 1902 and specializing in the production of cheese with noble mold. Also, Delaco signed a partnership with Mona Naturprodukte Gmbh, an Austrian producer of soy products and became the sole distributor of the Joya brand on the Romanian market.
Delaco signed a collaboration agreement with H & E Reinert SRL, the Romanian subsidiary of Germany's homemade sausage producer, with over 75 years of experience in sausage preparation. In 2010, Delacobecame part of the French group Bongrain, world leader in cheese specialties.
Based on the company's expansion policy and in order to evolve and maintain a great service level Delaco had to update their logistic software infrastructure with a state-of-the art WMS (Warehouse Management System).
